We are geared to produce 75,000 pcs. of leather garments, 25,000 pcs. Mix {i.e. leather and nylon) garments and 50,000 pcs. of textile garments per year.
Each of the products are elegantly designed, immaculately tailored and crafted to international standards of fashion.

To achieve the latest line of production technology MERCURY EXPORTS factory at Calcutta, West Bengal, is equipped with a full complement of state-of-the-art - machinery from clickers and splitting machines to skiving, creasing, embossing, spraying, sewing and packing machines which were imported from the different part of the world and is supported by an in-house tannery, which has the capacity of producing 3 lakh sq. ft. of finished leather per month.
Our Embroidery department having most modern Multi-head embroidery machines (5 nos.) for production and supply of quality standards is dedicated to time-bound delivery schedules.
Under the able monitoring of a production head, well supported by a team of experienced supervisors, our production undergoes stringent quality control tests.
This results in our products being world class without a hole in quality.
